SSTLIB COBOL Librarian
Contents:
The B & C Solution Source Text Librarian is a high performance and enhanced
version of SRCLIB - the standard BULL librarian for COBOL-74 copy-members.
You as a current SRCLIB user already know the performance
problems with even small source text libraries and the almost prohibitive effect when
SRCLIB is used with medium- or large size libraries. With SSTLIB you gain immediate relief
from these problems and you may start using your limited processor and I/O capacity for
more useful purposes. SSTLIB at the same time introduce several other enhancements both in
terms of Batch and Time-Sharing functionality and file protection, and it pays back very
quickly.
SSTLIB may be edited into GCOS-8 system software files and fully replace SRCLIB, and
thus be utilized directly by TPFF, TSM, MAGNA8 etc. for generated SRCLIB job. SSTLIB comes
with complete documentation and full support for current and future GCOS 8 releases.
